This decrease in vertical resolution introduces more quantization error which in turn causes the signal to spread in the frequency domain.

Just noticed this post a few moths after the fact, but was it the Bios update that was to fix Usb 3. If so, I had the same issue. Updated the Bios, got a message that the Bios was bad. No usb ports would work so no keyboard, no mouse, no using a thumbdrive to reflash the bios.
After contacting tech support and reading the warranty, the warranty they had me read has a disclaimer on support due to Bios issues no being covered any longer, i chose to replace the mobo instead of paying the amount of money they said it would take to mail the computer to them to have the mobo replaced.
As far as i know, this particular mobo does not have a bios recovery or reset option as well. Worked out fine switching out the mobo for me since the aahd3-hb does not support dual graphic options of theA series APUs.
Though i have heard of people that have the same mobothat support dual graphics but have an older Bios before the option was disabled. If someone found awork around though, I would love to hear it.
