Tuneup es un veneno, cuando recien lo usas parece que tenes una pc nueva, pero al otro dia la tenes peor que antes. Si almacenan todo eso, pero no pierden rendimiento como lo hace windows de forma tan desproporcionada.

Hay que eliminar con sumo cuidado que se elimina y que no usando software del tipo Ccleaner…. Y como elimine dependencias semihuerfanas del regedit, veras el riquin pollo que se monta jajaaja.
Luego quieres renderizar un video en un software y pum! Se piensan que en el mundo de Linux no se encontraran con los mismos problemas, y cuando reciban dosis de realidad, aprenderan que es eso de libreria, librerias compartidas y dependencias, y que tanto Windows y Linux pueden tener problemas por todos lados.
No es por nada pero linux no pierde el rendimiento en picada como en windows por estas cosas, y estos programas automaticos el problema es el usuario. Microsoft no hace la herramienta porque no recomienda tocar el registro.

Aqui errores y petadas les pasan a todos los SO. Un dia te petan las x por una mala actualizacion, otro dia debes restaurar el sistema porque el driver de NVIDIA nuevo te provoca pantallazos azules por x motivo.
Si funciona no lo toques! No son mitos son realidades, usa tu windows y tu linux quien se pone mas lento primero. Tanto linux y windows tienen sus problemas pero si hay algo que windows todavia le falta mejorar es el registro.
El registro no es el problema: Si, Windows tiene como todo SO por donde cojear xD y eso de que a ver quien se pone mas lento… con un buen uso y cuidado, ninguno de los 2 se vuelve lento. A eso me refiero con que el problema es el usuario, el usuario de linux suele ser mas conocedor y precavido, el usuario de windows suele ser un recien iniciado en computadores y todo un manaza, los programas hechos para windows son mas pesados en general, y muchas veces por su interfaz grafica, y eso es lo que realmente hace que pierda el rendimiento mas rapido, y hablando del sistema de ficheros, en linux no se suele desfragmentar por eso, por la eficiencia del sistema de archivos.
En parte si por que cuando los programas acceden a estas suele ser un poco mas demorado, pero realmente la cache no tiene mucho que ver con el rendimiento, y yo me refiero al rendimiento general del sistema. Para eso esta el limpiador de disco y solamente eso, microsoft no va a hacer una para limpiar el registo por que realmente no es necesario.
Ademas lo que si deberia hacer es una herramienta que se encargue de desinstalar los programas independientes al desinstalador del programa para que no queden restos del programa por alli. Pues yo lo tengo en altas condiciones sin usar este tipo de programas: Muy cierto tu comentario, uno mismo debe checar lo que esta activando o desactivando, pero la mayoria no tiene idea de lo que el programa esta haciendo y lo dejan a su criterio, creyendo que el programa dejara el sistema en optimas condiciones.
